Enquiry and booking terms

These terms explain the planning process. The final proposal and any supplier-specific terms shared with you before payment form the basis of an actual booking.

Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or receiving a draft plan does not reserve a stay, safari vehicle or transfer. A booking is confirmed only after availability, price, payment requirements and applicable terms have been accepted.

Prices and availability

Prices depend on dates, group size, stay category, vehicles, drive count and transfer route. Availability and quoted prices may change until confirmation. Your proposal should identify inclusions, exclusions and payment requirements.

Wildlife

Leopards and other animals are wild. Sightings, behaviour, location and duration can never be guaranteed. Weather, terrain, wildlife movement or official restrictions may alter a drive.

Changes and cancellations

Stays, vehicles and other partners may apply their own amendment and cancellation rules. Relevant terms will be provided before payment. If plans change, contact Wild Jawai promptly so available options can be coordinated.

Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveller, arrival and accessibility information
• Review the itinerary, inclusions and supplier terms before payment
• Follow safety instructions from drivers, trackers, properties and local authorities
• Arrange appropriate insurance and required travel documents

Accessibility and suitability

Open vehicles, early starts, uneven ground and bumpy drives may not suit every traveller. Share mobility, health or comfort requirements before booking so suitability can be discussed honestly.
