Privacy notice

Wild Jawai uses a simple enquiry journey. The website does not maintain its own customer database or store the details entered in the trip planner.

Information you choose to share

The planner may include your name, contact details, dates, group size, interests, budget preferences and trip notes. When you continue, this information is placed into a WhatsApp message for you to review. It is not sent until you choose to send it.

Third-party services

WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own privacy terms. Google Fonts may receive basic technical request data when fonts load. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How enquiry information is used

• To understand and respond to your trip request
• To prepare recommendations, availability checks and quotes
• To coordinate confirmed services with relevant travel partners
• To meet legal or accounting obligations when a booking is made

Sharing

Information is shared only where needed to answer or fulfil your request—for example with a proposed stay, vehicle provider or experience partner. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about your enquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion where no legal retention requirement applies.
